Alcock butcher's have been established since 1986 serving high quality locally sourced and reared meat. All the meat is brought in on the carcase and butchered using traditional hanging and butchering methods. All the sausages are hand made on site using natural casings and locally sourced pork. Our dry cured bacon is sourced for the award winning Sandridge farmhouse bacon in Wiltshire. We will always be able to offer help and advice on the cut of meat you require But also information on the cooking and storage of your product.
